Its inherently fun and satisfying to shoot enemies exactly like all old FPS are.its not perfect, but most of its flaws relate to it being a small project, It needs more enemies, more guns, more sound effects and perhaps most of all it needs more wall texturesbut those are easy things to fix and it leaves lots of room for goverscript 2. Lots of monsters, no reload, loads of power-ups. It's a really fast-paced game and a pleasant discovery.. I realize at first it looks like your average shovelware fps, but it's pretty damn good. I feel bad for getting it on sale because it's fantastic and it looks like no one really knows about it. The gameplay is something I can genuinely call a "Doom clone". You have your faster straferunning, 2.5D engine, an arsenal that resembles Doom's (no SSG tho :( ), a great soundtrack... There's a custom map maker and workshop support but there's hardly any maps on there so I can't really call that a selling point. There's lots of difficulty options, and it runs on just about anything. If you're one of those pansies that complains about hitscanners, there's not any in this. Overall, very worth it for the $3 I got it for.. This game seemingly has all the makings of of a bad game but it really managed to suprise me. its a fun fps with really solid level design, charming graphics, and gore that works really good.. Boring and fun at the same time, the enviroment can be a bit confusing sometimes but its a nice time-waster.
